The role focuses on developing the culture and defining principles for GoCardless products, aiming to deliver meaningful change through innovation and experimentation. The candidate will work on enhancing customer experiences and designing AI products to assist merchants in decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Help develop the culture and define principles to set the direction for the future of GoCardless products
- Deliver meaningful change to the people and processes they serve
- Bring even more value to customers through innovation and experimentation
- Work autonomously and collaborate well with different teams
- Familiar with all UX best practices
- Strong visual design skills
- Experience with experimentation practices (beneficial)
Requirements

- Master of the end to end process, from researching and discovering problems through to designing the solution and providing input to delivery
