Responsibilities
- Lead product design across passenger and driver partner apps and our web booker.
- Build and maintain a coherent design system.
- Conduct user research and usability testing using both qual and quant methods.
- Create cost-efficient design solutions within technical and operational limits.
- Elevate UI through thoughtful typography, micro-interactions, and clear interface copy.
- Treat the full user experience holistically – on-screen and offline.
- Advocate for users, acting as a hands-on problem-solver within the product team.
- Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of digital product design across platforms.
- Experience setting up and evolving design systems.
- Confidence with research and design-to-development collaboration.
- Passion for thoughtful, user-led experiences.
- Willingness to build the design function in a fast-moving, transitioning environment.
