Senior Product Designer, Mid-Market Billing

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead efforts in Mid-Market invoicing and collaborate with product management and engineering to define objectives. You will advocate for customers by understanding their needs and deliver design solutions that solve business and user problems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management and engineering leads to define objectives and key results for your team.
- Advocate for our customers by understanding their behaviours, needs, and root causes of their problems.
- Be responsible for balancing quality, speed, and consistency of design.
- Concept, prototype, design and present solutions that solve both business and user problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Be able to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions, and be able to ask difficult questions and challenge assumptions.
- Provide thoughtful feedback in team critiques.
- Break down complex concepts into smaller, more manageable pieces.
- Conduct user research interviews, usability testing, and analysis.
- Leverage metrics to drive product design and measure product success.
- Be able to adapt your process to the needs of the situation.
Requirements
- Experience scoping work to manageable milestones that balance short-term work with longer-term investments.
- A positive attitude & strong communication skills.
- A willingness to tackle complex problems.
- Strong UI skills and a keen eye for detail.
