Senior Product Designer - Fintech(Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

You will deliver hands-on design solutions for complex enterprise business scenarios and well-defined business problems. You will actively engage in research and collaborate with our researcher to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements towards achieving desired outcomes in consumer fintech products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on design solutions for complex enterprise business scenarios and well-defined business problems, aligning with product partners’ vision and our business goals.
- Actively engage in research and collaborate with our researcher to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements towards achieving desired outcomes in consumer fintech products.
- Acquire deep domain knowledge in OTA (Online Travel Agency) business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with stakeholders.
- Represent ‘Agoda Design’ by advocating user-centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred
- Experience in finance product development or fintech (preferred, but not required)
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
- Proficient in creating wireframes and high-fidelity UI using the latest design and prototyping tools
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to complex, transactional web-based products or mobile applications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong visual design skills and sensibility, familiarity with design systems
