As a platform designer at Coupang, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from building design systems to UI design and collaboration with product designers and developers. You will contribute to creating innovative and efficient design systems by solving problems from a holistic perspective.
Responsibilities
- 시스템 전반에 걸친 디자인 원칙 및 철학 정의
- 디자인 라이브러리 관리
- 가이드라인을 위한 목업, 예시, 문서 제작
- 디자인의 기초 요소 및 컴포넌트 설계
- 가이드라인 전달을 위한 커뮤니케이션 채널 구축 및 운영
- 협업 중심의 생산적인 디자인 문화 조성
Requirements
- 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 경력을 가지신 분 (Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology 등 관련 분야)
- 타이포그래피, 인터랙션 디자인, 비주얼 디자인, 사용자 리서치, 데이터 분석 역량을 보여주는 강력한 포트폴리오를 가지고 계신 분
- Figma 툴 숙련도가 높으신 분
- UI/UX 디자인 경력 5년 이상이신 분
- 디자인 전략 수립 및 결과에 대한 논리적 설명 능력을 갖추신 분
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 가지신 분
