As a Staff Product Designer, you will pioneer new digital experiences for families and work closely with a Product Manager and engineers to design and rapidly prototype new products. Your role involves validating assumptions through user research and testing while creating experiences that foster family connections.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer new digital experiences that help families stay connected
- Work closely with a Product Manager and engineers in person
- Design across web and mobile platforms
- Validate assumptions through user research and testing
- Establish the design foundation and system for new products
- Uncover insights that shape design decisions and overall product strategy
Requirements
- 8+ years in product design with experience in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments
- Portfolio demonstrating strong native mobile and web design work
- Advanced Figma expertise
- Comfort with constant iteration and pivoting based on user feedback
- Experience designing and conducting user interviews, usability tests
- Experience building and evolving design systems from scratch
- Self-directed and able to communicate design decisions clearly
- Experience working at early-stage companies or as part of a founding team
Key Skills
