Junior Web Designer (UX/UI) for a work study program in Paris, involving web design, user experience, and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Conception UI & identité visuelle web: Creating impactful Figma mockups and visual identities
- Design et création de sites Web (no-code): Developing performant, aesthetic, and responsive websites on Webflow or WordPress
- Refonte graphique & expérience utilisateur: Optimizing existing sites for modernity, efficiency, and immersion
- Création d’assets visuels: Producing web elements like icons, banners, and simple animations
- Suivi des bonnes pratiques de webdesign: Integrating UX, SEO, and CRO best practices
- Intervention ponctuelle sur des sites déjà existants: Correcting, optimizing, or evolving site functionalities
- Participation aux réunions clients: Understanding client needs, contributing to project framing, and defining solutions
- Veille sur les nouvelles tendances en design: Exploring UI/UX trends weekly
Requirements
- Experience in digital design, particularly in creating mockups and websites
- Client interaction skills, including listening, understanding needs, and providing solutions
- Organizational skills with project management experience
- Creativity in proposing original and relevant design concepts
- Interest in current web and design trends
- Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, Shopify, and other no-code tools; bonus skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
