Sr Graphic & Web Designer

The Senior Web & Graphic Designer will lead the design of web pages and assets, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for conversions. They will collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging designs for digital marketing assets and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of pages and assets for the brand websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital marketing assets such as email templates, social media graphics, display ads, and product detail pages
- Design product images, banners, and interactive elements that align with the brand’s identity and product offerings
- Identify and manage external design partners and contractors to assist with larger projects or ad-hoc tasks
- Design and optimize landing pages and microsites for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Manage, organize, and distribute the digital visual assets for all brands
- Develop and maintain AllGuard’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and print media
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are seamlessly executed across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices
- Create print materials including install sheets, flyers, packaging, and other marketing collateral
- Assist with photo and video shoots
- Stay current on design trends, UX/UI best practices, and new technologies, applying them to improve our digital and visual presence
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing web design, graphic design, and branding projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools
- Understanding of HTML/CSS, website layouts, and responsive design principles
- Experience working with web design platforms like Builder, Shopify, and Magento a plus
- Proven ability to design with a focus on user experience and customer journey optimization
- A strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus
- Passion for the automotive industry and product design is a huge plus!
