Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs. Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize for accessibility and performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Maintain and evolve the project’s design system
- Conduct UX research and usability testing
- Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor analytics and user behaviour to iterate and improve product design
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven Web UI/UX design experience for complex web applications (B2B or B2C)
- Strong portfolio showing impact-driven design work
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of UX research methods
- Experience with design systems and scalable UI component libraries
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
