Senior Product Designer at Reap to design the future of their platform, leading the entire design process and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design efforts—from early discovery and user research to rapid prototyping and final UI
- Drive innovation through GV design sprints, workshops, and close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Craft intuitive experiences that make the complex feel simple, informed by user insights, analytics, and your own design instincts
- Contribute to a scalable design system that empowers our product teams to move fast without sacrificing quality or consistency
- Mentor and support junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping shape a vibrant, collaborative design community
- Champion usability and accessibility, ensuring every user, regardless of background or device, can seamlessly engage with our products
- Continuously refine how we work—embracing new tools, techniques, and processes to elevate our craft and outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience with Web3, fintech, or blockchain technologies
- Fluent in tools like Figma, FigJam, Framer
- Curiosity about frontend technologies
- Comfortable running user research and testing
- Collaborative spirit
- Curious leader
- Passionate about creating outstanding experiences
- Original viewpoint or background
- Degree in Design or a related field (optional)
