Kendago seeks a part-time UI/UX Designer to transform product requirements into intuitive designs, collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Branding, Website funnels, Landing pages, Presentations, Brand content, and more
- Create and refine user stories and journey maps
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve designs
- Use Figma and other modern design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes
- Maintain a consistent design system and style guide across all products
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Partner with the Product Owner to align designs with product requirements, business goals, and technical constraints
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews to integrate design seamlessly into the Agile development cycle
- Stay up to date with UI/UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and design trends
- Apply modern interaction patterns to enhance user experience
Requirements
- Strong design and UI/UX skills, mobile and desktop
- Ability to translate user stories into design solutions
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics
- Knowledge and understanding of digital advertising and web best practices
- Fluent English
- 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio showing strong and varied graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe suite, Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with other tools like Sketch, Adobe XD is a plus
- Detail-oriented, collaborative and driven by user experience excellence
- Great interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (bonus)
- Ability to create and use storyboards (bonus)
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (bonus)
- Digital image illustration (bonus)
- Motion graphics skills (bonus)
