Snyk seeks a Staff Product Designer to lead AI UX research and design for new AI security products, shaping the future of developer tools and cloud security.
Responsibilities
- Lead foundational and strategic research to define the future of AI UX
- Partner with leaders across the company to define and drive the vision for new AI products
- Own the design strategy for new initiatives, leading complex projects
- Spearhead workshops and strategic design sprints
- Architect end-to-end user journeys, creating visionary concepts and service blueprints
- Collaborate with the Design System team to craft hi-fidelity design artifacts
- Lead projects in developer tools and cloud security
- Share skills, coach other designers, and help build the design team
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in product design
- User-centred design methodology and practice
- Experience designing complex enterprise applications collaboratively across multiple R&D teams
- Strong story-telling skills to interact with executive stakeholders
Key Skills
- Can share experience building AI projects
- Can code
- Passionate about developer tooling or cybersecurity
