Oversee the full design process from establishing requirements to developing deliverables rooted in user-centered design. Iterate on intuitive experience concepts through rapid prototyping and deliver high-quality design solutions under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full design process from establishing requirements, defining features, and developing deliverables rooted in user-centered design and feasibility
- Distill complex design and interaction concepts, present, and debate them with designers, engineers, and leadership
- Iterate on intuitive experience concepts through rapid prototyping
- Deliver high-quality design solutions under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders and user feedback
- Document interaction details and design specifications for implementation
Requirements
- 3 years of related work experience with a Bachelors degree
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Mastery of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and similar design tools
- Ability to develop and validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products
- High level of curiosity for technology
- Link to portfolio that demonstrates hands-on expertise
Key Skills
