Responsibilities
- Design scalable, AI-powered product experiences that enable and empower global compliance for all sellers to meet regulatory requirements with confidence
- Build high-fidelity prototypes and design artifacts that bring sophisticated ideas to life, ensuring flexibility across surfaces and adherence to design system standards
- Use research insights, partner feedback, and data to iteratively improve designs and elevate the overall user experience for compliance touchpoints
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and globally relevant design practices that reflect eBay’s diverse customer base and dedication to equitable solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven-experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, ideally with exposure to regulatory, financial, or international policy design
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
- Bias for collaboration and action
- Systems Thinking in Regulated Environments
