The Product Designer will conceptualize and design cohesive experiences across various software solutions for global hospitality operators. This role involves creating user flows, designing high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborating with the product team to align on user needs.
Responsibilities
- Create Magical User Experiences: Conceptualize and design end-to-end user flows that minimize friction and accomplish goals for restaurant operators
- Design beautiful, modern, and functional high-fidelity interfaces
- Lead discovery research to identify users' needs, goals, and pain points
- Conduct frequent usability tests on flows for constant iteration
- Collaborate closely with the In-Store Product Team
- Review and hone designs regularly and help others hone theirs
- Collaborate with product management to align on outcomes and user needs
- Visualize guest experience innovations
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience at a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company
- Experience designing successful consumer-facing product features end-to-end
- Keen eye for visual detail, layout, hierarchy, typography, and animation
- Curiosity to dig deep into solutions with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Ability to communicate with engineers to ensure designs are correctly implemented
