eXalt is hiring a UX/UI Designer in Lille with occasional remote work, focusing on user experience and interface design for web platforms and applications.
Responsibilities
- Identify main challenges of web platforms or applications
- Develop simple and ergonomic digital journeys
- Create user persona profiles
- Conduct user tests and studies on identified pain points
- Adapt projects to align with the company's image
- Specify projects as mockups for developers
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements
Requirements
- Master's Degree in UX/UI Design
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of product design methodologies like Design Thinking, Design Sprint
- Mastery of information architecture and interaction design
- Creativity
