The UI/UX Designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while developing user personas and conducting usability testing. They will ensure design consistency and accessibility across products.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces.
- Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
- Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products.
- Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges.
Key Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro.
