UX Researcher - Temporary

Plan and execute user studies to improve Fiverr's products and features. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather and present research data, influencing product strategy and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user studies including usability tests, user interviews, discovery studies, etc.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and UX Writers to assure an exceptional user experience.
• Gather, process, and present research data to stakeholders, offering conclusions and recommendations.
• Initiate and implement processes and initiatives aimed to develop the culture and efficiency of the team.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Fiverr’s UX research projects, integrating innovative research techniques and tools.

Requirements

• MA in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, or any other related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX research.
• Deep passion for user experience and digital products.
• Strong understanding of different UX research methods and techniques.
• Proven track record in conducting generative and evaluative studies.
• Curious and always eager to learn more.
• Collaborative team player.
• Ability to work autonomously and within different groups.
• Experience with quantitative UX research methods (an advantage).
