As a UX Researcher, you will design and conduct user research studies to understand user behaviors and needs. Your insights will influence product design and strategy, ensuring user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Research Planning & Execution: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies
- Data Analysis: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development
- Reporting: Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in various research methods and tools
- Experience with remote research tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Key Skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with UX design principles and tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
