Hybrid Full-time Senior

Lead research initiatives to set the strategy and roadmap for understanding customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to democratize research and advocate for customer-centricity.

Responsibilities

  • Set the research strategy and research roadmap for Catawiki
  • Design and execute research activities that drive a deep understanding of our customer base and influence the most important product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to democratize research
  • Design and conduct foundational, formative, and evaluative research by combining qualitative methods with quantitative techniques
  • Act as a vocal advocate for customer-centricity, ensuring the user perspective informs decision-making at every level
  • Own and systematically measure customer satisfaction across the user journey
  • Present findings in compelling and innovative ways, tailoring communication to resonate with diverse stakeholders
  • Develop and implement a UX research roadmap that aligns with organizational goals
  • Mentor team members and champion a culture of curiosity and continuous learning

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX research with a demonstrable history of improving products and services through research
  • Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights to paint a comprehensive picture of user behaviors
  • Passion for customer-centricity and a proven ability to champion the user perspective within an organization
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments, including designers, product managers, engineers, and data experts
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to effectively โ€œsellโ€ research insights and influence decision-making
  • Highly organized with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
