As a UX Researcher, you’ll be at the heart of understanding how real people interact with our products. You will uncover user needs, identify opportunities, and guide product and design decisions that matter.
Responsibilities
- Uncover user needs, identify opportunities, and guide product and design decisions that matter
- Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in UX, user research, design research, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant education, such as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Anthropology, Information Science, or equivalent practical study
- Demonstrated experience conducting mixed methods research (qualitative + quantitative)
- Experience planning and conducting research independently
- Strong communication skills — able to synthesize complex findings and advocate for users
- Comfortable working self-directed in a remote team, balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities
