You will take full ownership of the UX research process, planning and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and needs. You will analyze findings to generate actionable insights and deliver impactful research outputs to support stakeholder decisions.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the UX research process from start to finish
- Independently plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Analyse and interpret findings to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Deliver impactful research outputsโpersonas, user journeys, and presentationsโto support stakeholder decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX research experience in e-commerce (ideally in furniture, design, fashion, or beauty)
- Solid understanding of UX research methods
- Experience in executing end-to-end user testing
- Strong analytical mindset
- Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to quality, detail, and reliability
- Experience in working effectively with users across diverse cultural contexts
- Experience with tools like Hotjar/Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and Figma
- Motivated by continuous learning and staying up to date with UX research practices
- Fluency in Polish (minimum B2) and English (minimum C1)
- Proficiency in French or German (at least C1) is a strong plus
