UX Researcher

Design and conduct research studies, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive meaningful impact on existing and new features in the App Store, Apple Arcade, and Apple Games. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research studies, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive meaningful impact on existing and new features in the App Store, Apple Arcade, and Apple Games
• Plan and lead research projects across all of Apple's platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Production, Product Marketing, and Senior Management
• Identify research opportunities, desired learnings objectives, and long term goals
• Develop and present design ideas in a large team environment

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in human computer interactions (HCI), human factors, cognitive science, anthropology, sociology, psychology, or related field
• 5+ years research experience working within a technical environment
• Proven experience with multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Demonstrated success at developing and leading executive presentations
• Excellent research portfolio
• Able to function independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Pages, and Keynote (preferred)
• Proficiency in data processing and analytical tools (preferred)
• Previous experience working in e-commerce environment (preferred)
• A passion for Apple, its products, and its customers
