The UX Researcher will prepare and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for various projects. They will evaluate user surveys, synthesize results, and support the development of human-centered design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and planning of quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects
- Carrying out quantitative and qualitative user research and testing activities for projects
- Evaluation of user surveys, as well as synthesis of the results
- Idea generation and creation of first rough concepts
- Supporting in human centered design solutions and developing concepts
- Presentation of project results and implementation of workshops
- Project management of comprehensive UX projects (UX phases 1-4)
Requirements
- Academic background and trainings for specific knowledge and skills in the field of UX Research
- Proven experience in UX projects, applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) process and Design Thinking methodologies
- Demonstrated know-how and competencies in UX expertise field (e.g. user research methods and quality criteria for UX target states)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for understanding user behavior
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). Italian and Spanish are a plus
