The UX Researcher will plan and conduct user research at various stages of the design process and analyze user feedback to guide design decisions. They will communicate research findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for design improvements.

- Analyse user feedback and behaviour to guide design decisions
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for design improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in technology or behavioural sciences
- Experience conducting user research in a technology context
- Proven track record of managing and executing research studies from start to finish
- Strong analytical and observational skills to interpret user data
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Expertise in usability testing, surveys, interviews, and other user research methods
- Familiarity with research and data analysis software tools
- Excellent communication skills for sharing insights across teams
- Problem-solving skills to identify and recommend user-driven solutions
- Curiosity about user behavior and a passion for user-centred design
- Collaborative approach to integrating research throughout the design process
