UX Researcher (m/f/d)

Onsite Contract

Implement the entire testing process related to operational tests in the SDM department. Collaborate with design, product marketing, engineering, and market teams to analyze customer data and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the issues and defining the test objectives.
  • Defining customer targets and relevant countries, and organising recruitment.
  • Building the test protocol and stimuli.
  • Organising (managing logistics and moderating test sessions).
  • Analysing the customer data collected and preparing the results report.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in user testing/UX research, cognitive or behavioural psychology, sociology, UX design, marketing or experimental economics, supplemented by at least five years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical products and solutions environment.
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus) and have international experience.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, project management skills and interview moderation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential and knowledge of survey software is a plus (Alchemer, Maze, Qualtrics, Figma, etc.).
