UX Researcher

Lead research across the product lifecycle and run qualitative and quantitative studies. Deliver insights that help teams focus on product decisions and build research systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead research across the product lifecycle – from early discovery to testing concepts and features
• Run qualitative and quantitative studies – interviews, usability tests, surveys, field studies
• Design and evaluate experiments – collaborate on A/B and preference tests
• Deliver insights every sprint – communicate clearly and connect findings to decisions
• Build research systems – maintain a research repository and backlog of open questions
• Support multi-market research – adapt methods to different countries and cultural contexts (Czechia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Romania)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX research on product teams
• Skilled in user interviews, usability testing, and mixed-method studies
• Solid experience designing and evaluating A/B or multivariate experiments
• Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Familiar with tools like Maze, Clarity, Survicate or GA
• Strong communication and synthesis skills
• Fluent English is required; Czech is a plus
