The UX Researcher will be responsible for creating a state-of-the-art user experience for products and services, working closely with UX Designers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers. They will conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects to identify user problems, needs, and habits, and provide insights to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Creating state of the art user experience for products and services
- Working closely with UX Designers, Data Analysts, and Product Managers
- Providing user insights, trends, and inspirations at every step of product development
- Carrying out qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Creating, monitoring, and reporting UX metrics
- Creating reports, customer journeys, and research findings summaries
- Creating product development and strategic recommendations with UX Designers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user research
- Professional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Mixed-methods approach and use of various data sources
- Ability to choose the right research method and sample
- Knowledge of data analysis and actionable recommendations
- UX metrics planning and execution
- Complex research project management
- Great storytelling skills
- Respect for research economics
- Excellent communication in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
- Degree in a related field or completed User Experience courses (plus)
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics (plus)
