The UX Researcher will create state-of-the-art user experiences for products and services by coordinating research work and providing user insights throughout product development. They will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs and create reports to help stakeholders incorporate these insights.
Responsibilities
- Work with business and technology department to create state-of-the-art user experience.
- Work closely with UX Designers, Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Heads of Business Units.
- Coordinate research work in the advertising area.
- Provide user insights, trends, and inspirations at every step of product development.
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative research projects to identify user problems, needs, and habits.
- Create, monitor, and report UX metrics.
- Create reports, customer journeys, and research findings summaries.
- Together with UX Designers, create product development and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user research.
- Demonstrate professional mastery in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Collaborate across multiple business and technology areas.
- Be a valued contributor to strategic discussions and demonstrate measurable impact of research work.
- Capable of coordinating research activities and defining priorities.
- Demonstrate a mixed-methods approach and use various sources of data.
- Choose the right research method and sample depending on the research challenge.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, draw conclusions, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Create and analyze UX metrics.
- Plan and execute complex research projects independently.
- Be great storytellers to make stakeholders empathize with user groups.
- Communicate well in English (at least B2).
- Communicate well in Polish (at least C1).
