As a UX Researcher II, you will drive the future of Qualtrics Experience Management products to deliver a best-in-class user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that are easy-to-use and successful.
Responsibilities
- Drive the future of Qualtrics Experience Management products to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Infuse Qualtrics with user and product insights to shape and drive the vision and strategy for the next generation of Qualtrics products.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, program and product managers, line of business owners, engineers, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Inspire those around you to understand the customer and have a multiplier effect on creating enthusiasm for products and features.
- Own the development of research strategy and push the boundaries on existing methodologies.
- Be the voice of user experience and product feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and strategic planners to identify customer perceptions and develop new or improved product concepts.
- Influence decisions about what matters most for the platform and products in terms of user experience.
Requirements
- Undergraduate and Master's degree in Psychology, Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or similar.
- 3-5 years of industry research experience.
- Exceptional and demonstrated end-to-end qualitative AND quantitative research skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High standards of detail, excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior.
- Experience working closely with UX Design, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Ability to effectively implement research recommendations to drive changes to the product strategy and roadmap.
- A portfolio that includes examples of leading strategic research with significant business outcomes.
