The Senior UX Researcher will lead user-centered research initiatives to enhance digital experiences for consumers. This includes conducting qualitative and quantitative research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for user needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Research: Conduct end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research
- Improve User Journeys and Personas: Analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Collaboration: Partner with directors, product managers, designers, content, and engineers
- Present Insights: Synthesize and communicate research findings through reports, presentations, and workshops
- Advocate for Users: Promote a user-centered design philosophy
Requirements
- 2-4 years in UX research, ideally within a B2C digital startup environment
- Experience with large-scale consumer platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
- Proficient in mixed-methods research
- Comfortable in using AI tools in research
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating with, and presenting to, multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with UX research tools and software
- Ability to consider and align research with business goals and KPIs
- Mandatory Language proficiency: Telugu / Kannada / Tamil
