Responsibilities
- Own complex, multi-method research initiatives end-to-end
- Generate rigorous, actionable insights that drive confident decision-making
- Craft compelling narratives that connect research insights to product and business strategy
- Align cross-functional teams around research goals, decisions, and priorities
- Continuously evolve your research craft by staying current on industry trends
- Leverage AI to streamline the research process
- Influence department-level decisions by championing user research
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience owning complex UX research initiatives
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience coaching and elevating peers across functions
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones with remote teammates and occasional travel
- Experience with UX research-related tools
- A master's degree, PhD, or equivalent in sociology, psychology, human-computer interaction, or related field is preferred
