Senior UX Researcher

Plan and execute user research initiatives, including usability studies and surveys. Analyze research results to provide strategic insights and collaborate with project teams to support product goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all user research initiatives from start to finish: usability lab studies, focus groups, user interviews, usability benchmarking, surveys, and digital platform ethnographic studies
- Analyze research inputs and results to deliver strategic insights to project teams
- Partner with web analytics and site optimization leads to integrate user research with analytics and A/B testing into the behavioral analytics program
- Partner with Scrum team members to identify research activities that support product and sprint goals
- Execute all phases of UX studies, study plans and protocols, screeners, and moderating sessions in coordination with external collaborators
- Work with POs and designers to identify research questions in order to yield actionable insights for the team
- Develop standardized UX metrics and work with survey experts to launch surveys for digital products that inform business decisions
- Design qualitative and quantitative research that evaluates the usability of UX
- Interface and formulate insights
Requirements
- Doctorate degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, or Interactive Media
- University level coursework, project/thesis, internship or one (1) year of experience in a related occupation

- Executing all phases of UX studies, study plans and protocols, screeners, and moderating sessions in coordination with external collaborators
