As a UX Researcher, you will develop research plans and share findings with product and design teams to support decision-making. You will also represent the user voice in cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop research plans with clear objectives, participant screeners, moderator guides, recruiting strategies, and timelines
- Share research findings with product, design, and executive teams in ways that support decisions
- Provide regular project updates, including status, blockers, and open questions
- Recommend appropriate research methods and tools based on stakeholder goals
- Work with Product Managers to forecast and prioritize research needs
- Join cross-functional initiatives, representing the user voice and helping to drive continuous improvement
- Build user empathy across the organization through readouts and direct feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX research
Requirements
- 3-5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industries
- Comfortable conducting research in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Portfolio that shows past research work and deliverables
- Experience with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, and Miro
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
- Willingness and ability to travel within the US and internationally
