Lead UX/UI Designer role at Exodigo, focusing on designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for a data-intensive B2B platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for a complex 3D, web-based platform, from concept and research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Translate large and intricate datasets into immersive, interactive visualizations that simplify user interaction
- Conduct user research with B2B clients in civil engineering and geospatial domains to inform design decisions
- Develop a visual-first design system including dashboards, modular UI components, and interactive maps
- Apply gaming and interactive design principles to create engaging, responsive user experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of design with platform functionality
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered and visually clear solutions
- Identify opportunities for innovation in workflow, data visualization, and interactive design
Requirements
- Proven experience designing data-heavy, web-based platforms with a strong focus on visual interaction and engagement
- B2B design experience, preferably in civil engineering, geospatial, or technical domains
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI leadership and visually compelling design solutions
- Familiarity with game design principles or interactive systems is highly desirable
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience designing interactive data visualizations with libraries such as D3.js, Mapbox, or CesiumJS
- Excellent client-facing communication skills to present and justify design decisions
- Analytical mindset and strong user empathy to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
