The Senior UX Designer will design and develop engaging user experiences for digital products, translating complex user needs into web and mobile features. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Uses design tools to draft wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups.
- Researches and assesses user behavior and preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Incorporates feedback from users and other partners to refine designs.
- Leads collaboration with product managers, developers, and other partners.
- Prepares and reviews user personas, journey maps, and other user experience documentation.
- Provides oversight to ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Researches, coaches other team members, and stays up-to-date with industry trends in user experience design.
- Leads usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in product design and prototype tooling
- In-depth knowledge of user testing software
