Lead the UX strategy and design vision for cybersecurity products, ensuring usability across all interfaces. Conduct user research and create high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX strategy and design vision for our cybersecurity products, ensuring consistency and usability across all interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to ground design decisions in data and insight.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with both business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices across the organization.
- Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure scalable, cohesive design.
- Mentor and guide UX designers, fostering a culture of craft, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices in UX/UI and cybersecurity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design experience, including complex product environments
- Expert in Figma and prototyping tools, with deep design system experience
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across multiple disciplines
- Experience in or exposure to cybersecurity products is a strong plus
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance research, design, and ideation workflows
- Excellent communication skills for influencing decisions and aligning teams
