The Growth UI/UX Designer will redesign first-order pages and landing pages to enhance brand alignment and conversion performance. They will also create scalable design systems and collaborate with various teams to translate strategic priorities into high-performing visual experiences.
Responsibilities
- Redesign all first-order pages and landing pages to match our evolving brand and improve performance across the conversion funnel
- Take clear ownership of all web design for growth initiatives, enabling rapid creation of high-converting, beautifully designed landing pages
- Create compelling visual storytelling that explains complex concepts like form factor, bioavailability, and our science in premium, playful, and easily digestible ways
- Develop and maintain a flexible, scalable design system that ensures consistency while enabling speed across pages and launches
- Craft compelling headlines, body copy, and CTAs that align with visual designs to maximize conversion rates and user engagement
- Design and ship new pages for product launches, collaborations, and marketing campaigns with quick turnaround times
- Collaborate closely with Growth, CRO, and Creative teams to translate strategic priorities into high-performing visual experiences
- Elevate our overall visual quality to ensure every page feels credible, beautiful, and reflects our premium positioning
- Build templatized design solutions that enable faster builds and smarter reuse across growth initiatives
- Partner with CRO Manager to improve average landing page conversion rates and optimize user experience
Requirements
- Has 3-5 years of experience in growth-focused CRO landing page design with strong UI/UX skills
- Demonstrates ability to work fast and build templatized systems, with experience creating multiple template types in-house or at an agency (agency experience preferred)
- Is a power user of Figma with the ability to create comprehensive design systems and prototypes
- Brings a refined design eye that balances brand aesthetics with clear conversion goals
- Can collaborate effectively across Growth, Brand, and Creative teams in fast-paced sprint environments
- Shows understanding of conversion copywriting principles including value propositions, benefit-focused messaging, and persuasive writing techniques
- Shows some experience with low-code/no-code builders like Replo for implementation
