Lead, UX Designer

Entegris is seeking a hybrid Lead, UX Designer to join their team in Billerica / Bedford, MA, focusing on designing intuitive digital tools and platforms for complex operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to digital business transformation initiatives through hands-on product design work.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, operations and business leaders to design effective digital tools.
• Support operational workflows and emerging AI-enabled tools with user-centered solutions.
• Help establish a new design practice by defining ways of working, processes, and best practices.
• Create end-to-end design artifacts, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows, systems thinking, and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Experience designing for enterprise tools and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with dashboard design and tools used in manufacturing or supply chain contexts.
• Experience designing for AI-driven platforms, including systems that incorporate automation, feedback loops, or agent-based UX.
• Highly proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
• Strong expertise in journey mapping, service design, and simplifying complex or technical processes.
• Comfortable working directly with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to clearly present design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
