Senior User Experience Researcher, Selling and Purchasing Experience

A Senior UX Researcher to understand users' needs and behaviors, translating insights into actionable recommendations and championing user-centric design principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research initiatives across functional domains to guide product strategy and design decisions
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user behaviors, needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Synthesize research data into compelling, actionable insights
- Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations that directly inform product strategy, design decisions, and business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations for UX research, and foster communication and teamwork
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
- Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research planning, execution, and analysis
Requirements
- 7+ years of mixed methods research experience
- At minimum bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics)
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience with statistical and data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience working on complex, highly technical B2B products
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proven track record of leading successful research initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Experience working in a global team is preferred
