You will own the design journey from discovery to delivery, crafting innovative solutions that influence millions of users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex challenges into user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Shape the design journey from discovery to delivery, crafting bold, innovative solutions
- Create accessible, delightful, and visually stunning experiences that meet real human needs
- Collaborate with UXR experts to uncover insights and validate ideas
- Contribute to evolving the design system forward
- Work side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Bring ideas to life through rapid wireframes, prototypes, and visual explorations
- Share your craft, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of constructive feedback
- Be the voice of the user and a guardian of quality from concept to launch
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking across web, mobile, and beyond platforms
- Proficient in design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Hands-on experience conducting and applying insights from user research
- Strategic thinker with a knack for solving complex design challenges and simplifying workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and work with cross-functional teams
- Preferably hold a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German or French is a great plus
