The Product Designer will be responsible for creating and scaling marketing funnels, developing a global design system, and improving internal CRM tools. They will also work on user flow discovery to enhance user experience and automate team processes.
Responsibilities
- Systematize design and flow during rapid team scaling
- Create system solutions that automate team work and impact business metrics
- Develop unique features for internal products with minimal market analogs
- Continuous-discovery of user flow to improve UX and solve user issues
- Structural redesign of the main web product design system and systematic support
- Set up technical and inter-team processes with products, engineers, and designers from other streams
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- High-level proficiency in Figma (autolayouts, components, variables)
- Experience creating design systems from scratch, maintaining, and evolving them
- Experience with web, complex CRM systems, SaaS, or B2B products
- Ability to gather requirements and propose MVP solutions quickly
- Experience presenting solutions and valuing feedback
- Collaborative work with developers to bring tasks to completion
- Proven results and teamwork skills
