The Senior Product Designer will work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team to deliver creative solutions that enhance user experience. They will take ownership of the end-to-end user journey, from customer research to final interface design.
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team
- Deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on a great user experience
- Proactively gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions
- Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey
- Constant optimization of the user experience
- Contribute to the design system
Requirements
- Product design experience with a portfolio to showcase your skills
- Strong UI skills and clean visual design sense
- Experience in designing for diverse platforms (web, iOS, Android)
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviors
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- Solid planning and strategic thinking that clearly articulates design decisions
- Experience in defining information architecture and user flows
- Ability to make data-supported recommendations
- A drive for learning and growth as a professional
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- A willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
