Full-time Lead

The Lead Product Designer oversees the architecture and design of high-quality experiences for customers and associates, leading multiple design projects across product groups. They drive collaboration across UX, development, and product teams to maintain a cohesive design throughout the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and consults on the architecture and design of high-quality and engaged experiences for customers and associates
  • Leads multiple design projects that span products or product groups
  • Reviews and signs off on high-impact, high-visibility design projects
  • Drives utilization of best practices to build user flows, wireframes, and design comps
  • Resolves complex design problems and simplifies, optimizes, and removes bottlenecks for projects
  • Drives collaboration across UX, development, and product teams
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders for UX planning and prioritization
  • Coaches, guides, and mentors junior level team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 7 years of experience in UX design
