Senior Product Designer, Ecosystem

The Senior Product Designer will work closely with the product team to conceptualize and iterate new designs for customers, ensuring a simple and intuitive player journey. This role involves creating prototypes, collaborating with stakeholders, and supervising the implementation of designs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team to help conceptualise and iterate new designs for customers.
• Meet with product, business analysis, and development teams to discuss the designs and prototypes.
• Assist the product and business analysis teams with questions about the designs and to help guide the specifications.
• Create working Figma components and update design systems and patterns.
• Present concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively to the team and to stakeholders.
• Adjust designs based on feedback from stakeholders or from broader technical challenges.
• Prepare tidy, thoughtful, and well-structured source files for development and supervise their implementation.
• Create mobile and desktop prototypes to get a sense of how they will function in practice.
• Feedback on other proposed designs and requirements within the team.
• Document new controls and designs so that other team members clearly understand the design decisions.
• Update design systems and common controls where necessary.
• Liaise with other design teams throughout the business to ensure broad alignment with design systems.
• Create high-fidelity concepts and designs from the outset.
• Consider how designs fit within the broader system and address other areas for consistency.
• Keep an eye on broader design trends and tools.
• Provide thoughtful feedback on the overall roadmap and user experience strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in a product or creative related field (such as a UI/UX designer), ideally with experience in iGaming.
• Ability to understand the mindset of a gaming customer and balance those with the needs of our business-to-business clients.
• Built sophisticated, high-fidelity, production-like prototypes for mobile and desktop interfaces.
• Completely proficient with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Clear understanding of usability, user-centred design, and web standards.
• Comfortable with prototyping, especially high-fidelity prototyping using advanced tools like Origami Studio.
• Working knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Delve into graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or video outside of product and UI design.
• Technical background or knowledge, understanding how developers build interfaces and the challenges they face.
• Ability to code in HTML or CSS advantageous.
