- Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences
- Validate design decisions through research methods
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and teams to solve complex problems
- Craft simple, accessible, and visually polished experiences
- Champion and contribute to the design system
- Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life
- Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions
Requirements
- Experience owning and driving product design solutions
- Strong understanding of best practices for complex flows
- Sensitivity to user needs with enthusiasm for testing and data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Data-informed mindset
