Lead customer-centric initiatives to improve the SaaS offering and support client project delivery. Contribute as a full-spectrum designer throughout the design lifecycle, ensuring user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-centric initiatives within the Customer Experience team
- Contribute to every stage of the design lifecycle
- Create and refine high-fidelity prototypes
- Support user research activities
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving a multi-channel design system
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, engineers, and QA teams
Requirements
- Over 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a degree in a design-related field
- User-centric mindset with a focus on intuitive, accessible, and meaningful experiences
- Solid foundation in research practices such as persona creation, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Comfort designing responsive interfaces across platforms
- Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
- Proficient in collaborating with engineers, QA teams, and senior management
- Commitment to lean, agile methodologies
