Staff Product Designer (B2B & Merchant Solutions)

Own the design vision and lead the design strategy for key initiatives, including launching new features and improving existing products. Drive the entire design process from concept to high-fidelity UI, ensuring a cohesive user experience across B2B and B2C platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the Design Vision: Lead the design strategy and execution for key initiatives
- Deep User Discovery & Research: Partner with UXR to conduct in-depth user discovery and lead design-led user research
- Strategic Impact: Partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements
- End-to-End Design: Drive the entire design process from initial concept and ideation through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Design at Scale: Proactively identify opportunities for new components and patterns within your workstream and partner with the design system team
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate design rationale, build consensus, and influence decision-making among cross-functional teams and leadership
- Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a mentor to other designers, elevating the craft and contributing to the overall growth and health of the design organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Proven experience designing for both B2B and B2C products
- Mastery of user-centered design methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of how products are used by customers and how they fit into the broader business
