Product Designer

Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems and inform product strategy. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the agile lifecycle to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems
• Translate insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Apply systems thinking and service design techniques
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers
• Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
• Facilitate and participate in design critiques, workshops, and agile ceremonies
• Contribute to evolving the design system
• Measure and validate impact post-launch

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional product teams
• Growth mindset and drive to develop capability
• Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities
• Strong understanding of human-centred design methodologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent interaction and UI design skills
• Experience designing for complex systems
• Proficiency with modern design tools
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design thinking
