Onsite Full-time Lead
Set the experience design vision for Riot Client and multi-game experiences, collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers to create player-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design and set the vision across Riot Owned Channels
- Collaborate across initiatives to ensure high-quality design
- Communicate data-informed vision and design rationale to stakeholders
- Deliver appropriate UX design artifacts
- Break down experiences for teams to ship value incrementally
- Establish experiential principles guiding decision-making
- Define key outcomes and metrics to understand player experience enhancement
- Work with Design discipline leadership to establish best practices and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years industry experience leading UX of multiple shipped multiplatform online games or major releases of consumer-facing digital products
- Experience setting product strategy and solving difficult UX problems
- Adept at UX prototyping using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Comfortable planning and estimating UX effort for projects and programs
- Comfortable switching between design strategy, micro- and macro-level interaction design, and design execution
- Experience designing interfaces on Mobile, PC, and Console is a plus
- Experience designing tooling for publishing workflows is a plus
- Experience designing UX for metasystems and/or Clients is a plus
